05.26.07 Welcoming 2007 (the second half of it)
So Jerik got a new job, I went to
Antarctica, and there has just been a lot of general busy-ness in our
non-IIP-related lives. Nothing's planned for this summer, but
you'd better believe we'll be getting our tour on again in 2008.
Jerik's other band The Diversion Scene is still active in Fargo, so be sure to check them out.
By request, our very first EP, ...And That's How the Printers Work (self-released on 2003) is now available for download free of charge on the Music page. We were 16 and 17 when it was recorded. Awww.

09.29.06 I'd Rather Be Touring
Tour is over, and Jerik and I are back in our own sides of the
Rockies. Snow Cuts Glass has returned safe and sound to
Bellingham.
I'd just like to thank the bands we played with and everyone who
came out to our shows, and especially those of you who offered us a
place to sleep. THANK YOU! Seriously. We had an
amazing trip and consider ourselves very lucky to have met so many kind
people.
Also: there are some videos of us up on YouTube from our shows in New York City and Fruitport, Mich. Here's a list. Thanks to Marcelle and parties unknown, respectively.

09.13.06 In Ink Please Mecca
So here we are in Baltimore, home of
Fall Records, three weeks into our tour. Things are going
swimmingly. There have been a handful of updates to our East
Coast dates, which have now been posted. Check it!

08.22.06 Get 'em while they're hot. And significantly cheaper.
The official release date for the new album is September 5th,
2006, but pre-sales are going on now. The price will go up from
$8 to $10 after the release date, so head on over to the Fall Records Shop.

PS: Tour starts tomorrow! We're all kinds of excited.
07.31.06 Visit This Site
Album art is done and delightful. There's a reason that Aaron Kleid is our favorite designer of all things graphic.

07.12.06 These United States
Thanks to Mike Nau of Page France for mastering our album. As soon as the artwork is finished, it's off to press. We're excited.
Some press / reviews for How to Make Better Love were added to the Music page.
And! The official dates of our summer tour with Snow Cuts Glass
(Bellingham, Wash.) are August 23rd through September 23rd. If you live
in the continental U.S., it's entirely possible that we'll be coming to
a town near you. Preliminary information will be listed here until everything is finalized.

06.11.06 Shiny New Tunes
The mixing process is finished and two new tracks from the new album Formica Table...for Two are available by clicking here. Give them a listen and let us know what you think.
Major compliments are in order for Sean Murray, Audio Engineering
Wizard and for all of our friends who lent us their talents in one way
or another: Charlie Gokey (of The White Foliage), Alix Hammerschmidt, Dan "The" Lipp, Sarah Mayo, Mike Nelson, Chris Olson, Renee Pieschke, and Adam Urbatsch.
